Question / Help OBS desktop repeating itself

Hello everybody
When I installed OBS I wasn't able to see the capturing area of my screen. Just a black screen in the middle. I followed a tutorial which explained in details what to do and I am now stuk with this.
Is there a tutorial somewhere that exoplins what to do?
