Question / Help Obs desktop audio works but after i close it and open it again it doesn't

So my mac whenever i open up OBS i try to setup the multi output device and stuff and after everything is working if i close out of OBS and reopen it i have to go through the whole process of making the multi output device and setting the whole thing over again anyone know a more permenent solution to this problem?
