Obs delayed over 10minutes from live streaming to Facebook

Hi OBS experts,
I need your assistance

My college recently installed OBS for Sunday Service to livestream via Facebook.

We are currently connected with ATEM Mini blackbox with three cameras all linked to OBS.

We tried streaming and encountered few issues 1. Internet link drops when streaming is started. 2. It takes more than 10 minutes to go live 3. Facebook live video is very slow.

Please help me identify the problem.
