Question / Help OBS Decklink card SDI input

I live and I keep using stream YouTube OBS 0.16.2 software. DeckLink cards mini recorder I use SDI source. I find that 3-4 day who regularly stops in the audio. In this case, video streaming, but no sound. Almost all Blackmagic software version 9.8-10.8.2 tried to, but the phenomenon is the same. Any suggestions? Thank you!
