OBS cutting off my videos

ok im a small time youtuber and I just now realised its cutting off my videos I usually record hour long sessions but these are only half hour how to fix

OMG AND I JUST NOW FOUND OUT THE FILE IT SAVES IS CUT IN HALF AS WELL WTH

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

Were you monitoring OBS during your stream/recording?
Any number of things can happen (in my case, the PC overloaded and prevented OBS from getting enough CPU and disk cycles to keep working .. ie not OBS's fault).
