Monday I streamed, it was great. Wed came around and I didnt tinker with obs Tues, I went to open OBS and my overlay would not show up. I closed it, reopened it same thing. I deleted obs and redownloaded it, then I got hit with an update which I didnt think would hurt it. Once I updated it, my cpu began to eat itself. It would run 95%, when before it was barely breaking 20%. I deleted it, redownloaded it and didnt update it to the most recent version, but when I open obs my overlay IS there, but when I close obs and reopen it, my overlay no longer shows up. I would close it and reopen to make sure it worked because I shut my pc down every night. I just dont understand how all of a sudden my overlay isnt showing up and the update eats my cpu. My boyfriend posted my crash log in a different thread in hopes of finding help.
