PC Specs:
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6500 CPU @ 3.20GHZ 3.19 GHZ
RAM: 8.00 GB
System type: 64-bit Operating System x64-based processor
OS: Windows 10, Only OS ever used on this Computer
Anytime I set up my ElGato HD60 for OBS, it displays in a 480p Resolution by default. Anytime I manually try to adjust it to be a higher resolution, it shows up in the resolution I want for a moment before crashing. When I reopen the program, the video capture screen tells me that the ElGato is in use by another program, even though it is not. This problem sticks around on both OBS and Game Capture HD anytime the crash happens until I restart. The ElGato itself streams fine when I use Game Capture HD on it's own. Is anyone else having this issue?
