Bug Report obs crashing while starting

hey i have a problem. Everytime when i start obs it keeps crashing or i can see the little window down at the tasklist but when i click on it i cannot open a window. and it's showing white. Sometimes it just crashes and give me a report:

Remove the elgato software and reinstall the latest version from their website.
