OBS crashing when trying to choose a video capture device

I can click and make a source for any other thing except video capture device.
Problem:
Obs stops responding then just shows me empty screen

Solutions I've tried:
Uninstalling OBS
Making my capture card the only usb

I don't even know what else I can do. Both my webcam and capture card work in other programs except OBS.
