OBS crashing when NDI video source is used through Screen Capture

This is the previous log file.
And this is the previous crash report.

Whenever we run OBS and start the countdown video through PPT and screen capture on another monitor, OBS crashes. Just this last week, it wouldn't even start the livestream when screen capture was being used for just regular PPT slides (no video). We were only able to start the stream when NDI was deleted as a source, and we just went with what our cameras could pick up. We've tried numerous troubleshooting solutions, and we don't know where to start when it comes to interpreting the crash report. Thank you for your help in advance!

It appears there may be a NDI conflict on your system. NDI v6 Tools are loading but there's also v5 Tools or just the runtime in the mix.
