OBS Crashing when I hit start stream.

Hey guys. OBS Crashes just when I try to start streaming.
I deleted all scenes, reinstalled OBS... no change.
I'm using NVENC (new) on a 3090 - all latest drivers.
I'm pretty much out of options so I hope you guys here can help me.

Can you upload the crashlog? It should contain specific information on exactly where/what's causing the crash. You uploaded the session log, which doesn't include the crash info.
Crashlogs are stored in %appdata%\obs-studio\crashlogs and are time/datestamped.
