Question / Help OBS Crashing when adding/changing/opening Video Capture Device

My Windows PC updated last night and OBS has been acting buggy ever since. First I couldn't hear gameplay audio (even though my audience could) and then it started crashing whenever I tried to add, change, or open the Video Capture Device menu.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled OBS (including wiping user settings) and the El Gato Game Capture software but it hasn't fixed the issue. I was able to replicate this issue in Stream Labs OBS as well.

Here's the latest log: https://hastebin.com/misudadapi
And crash report: https://pastebin.com/AsheDPYf

Additional Setup Info:
Windows 10 PC 64 bit
El Gato HD60 S Capture device
VoiceMeeter Banana

I have this exact problem, streamlabs OBS will display a “Format not supported” message and will prevent me to see and video on my tv and streamlabs. The only software that supports my streaming without having issues every time is the el gato software, I enjoy using all of the amazing benefits with streamlabs OBS/OBS , however I cannot even configure my device in this software without an issue, any help would be much appreciated .

Been having a similar issue since a Windows update as well. I've been using a Video 2 PC device for video capture, worked fine until the update. Now, whenever I try to do anything involving it - or even trying to close OBS down - if the device has been plugged in at all OBS will freeze, and then go into suspended mode and cannot be terminated without rebooting my computer. This is very frustrating. I can still get audio from the device to come through the PC speakers, but I don't really have any other software for the video, and was just using OBS to record directly.
