Question / Help OBS Crashing randomly when idle or streaming

OBS randomly crashes my Laptop. I have tried everything I can and not able to get a good stable stream. Can game and do everything else on this laptop but OBS seems to be my issue.

Then it is not OBS that is crashing. Can you provide more details on what happens?
