OBS Crashing Randomly, plus a pretty odd "new" kind of crash

Typically when OBS would crash (only during a live stream) it would all freeze. THIS last time it froze, I got an error message (which never happened before) "Woops OBS has crashed" with a prompt to save the crash log file. What was odd is that this time, OBS did not freeze at all. the "Stop Streaming" button was still red as if the stream was still going on, and the program itself was completely responsive to all mouse clicks and even the game capture. But the error message popped up and it indeed took me offline. Usually the entire thing freezes and I have to reboot the machine.

I included the most recent one (just happened a little while ago) and some of the other crashes I've had recently. One was tied to a "sl-browser-plugin.dll" but i haven't seen that one come back up ever since i uninstalled the Streamlabs and StreamElements plugins. But these three are my most recent crashes. anyone familiar with what these dlls are associated with? the avcodec-61.dll is the most recent center of the errors from what I'm seeing.
