OBS Crashing Please Help

Crashes when opened ever since new update. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it, with no luck. I can't get in. only in safe mode. please help!

I can't even access the file on my PC to upload the crash log. can only get to the link thru safe mode.

Make sure any plugin you have installed is updated and compatible with OBS 31
Make sure the OS is updated. The crash is related to a vcruntime and websocket. If you where using the websocket third party plugin, remove it. OBS has it's own built in websocket.
