OBS CRASHING OUT (Please Help)

Hi to anyone that can help.

Big user of OBS for many years, but recently been having serious issues with OBS just lagging out. I've googled everything and done everything within my experience to figure it out. But by this point, I think I need an OBS dev to dive into what the heck is going on. I only wish there was a way to have a plugin which tells you what is using the GPU resources the most in the setup, which I suspect is the problem. However, with a fully loaded Mac Studio, refused to believe I can't run a good setup on it.

Attached is the log files. Audio problems? I just can't figure out why now? after years.

Okay I think I fixed one of the issues. It was to do with an iPhone mic no longer connected. but this line: [obs-ffmpeg mpegts muxer / libsrt]: RTT [7.67 ms], Link Bandwidth [426.1 Mbps] comes up all the time and stoped the stream going to twitch. What does it mean???
