OBS Crashing out of the blue.

I hadn’t changed any settings or anything, I went to start up a stream like usual and my dropped frames went up every second to like 8000 after a bit. And my stream crashes after a few seconds. I did all the things like, reinstalling obs, running as administrator and on compatibility mode. I even lowered my obs settings but nothing seems to work. I did notice my kbps thing went to red and is a lot lower than when I normally stream. I was wondering if it could be a wifi issue but my wifi runs fine on everything else. My pc set up more than enough for streaming. Does anyone have any idea on what it could be?

here are my obs reports throughout the day.

0. In many cases, wireless connections can cause issues because of their unstable nature. Streaming really requires a stable connection. Often wireless connections are fine, but if you have problems, the first troubleshooting step would be to switch to wired. We highly recommend streaming on wired connections.
1. One of your audio devices has a sample rate that doesn't match the rest. This can result in audio drift over time or sound distortion. Check your audio devices in Windows settings (both Playback and Recording) and ensure the Default Format (under Advanced) is consistent. 48000 Hz is recommended.
OBS Sample Rate: 48000 Hz
Speakers (2- SteelSeries Arctis 9X Headset): 44100 Hz
Microphone (NVIDIA Broadcast): 48000 Hz
2. Having the YUV Color range set to "Full" will cause playback issues in certain browsers and on various video platforms. Shadows, highlights and color will look off. In OBS, go to "Settings -> Advanced" and set "YUV Color Range" back to "Limited".
3. Your log contains streaming sessions with dropped frames. Enable Dynamic Change Bitrate in the Advanced Network Settings.
4. If possible, change the format on your camera from ARGB to YUY2.
