Question / Help OBS crashing on Windows 7, both with hardware and software rendering

OBS crashes whenever I click start streaming, but not if I click Start Recording. I suspect the culprit has something to do with AMD graphics, but it still crashes even with the renderer set to software. Log is at this link:
