OBS Crashing on Startup

Hi all, my OBS has been crashing on startup ever since January, and I've struggled with trying to figure it out since. I've tried to fully uninstall it and reinstall it, delete conflicting apps, etc etc. I have deleted Nvidia Broadcast and the SDK causing the issue with Nvidia Audio FX but still can't even LAUNCH obs to remove the filter.
