Hey guys! OBS was working perfectly fine, and now all of a sudden I get this whenever I try to launch OBS, it just crashes immediately. I attached my log file, and any help would be greatly appreciated!

Try reinstalling your video drivers and reverting to an older version of OBS
To make sure the problem is caused by OBS settings, you can create a portable version. The portable version uses its own settings.
