Hi everyone!

I reinstalled OBS after months of not having it installed and it crashes on startup. It seems like it can be many different issues so I figured I would ask the most experienced folks first!
I attached the crash report. Appreciate the help!!!

Thanks :) :) :)

Can someone please help with this??

I looked at others with the same unhandled exception and it seems that there are different reasons this can happen and the best results come from someone giving expert insight by being able to read the crash report.

In many other threads about an issue like yours points that you need to update your video driver from withtin Intel's own site.

Thanks for your help. I was able to search the other threads based on the unhandled exception and look for what you were talking about.

Steps I took to get it working (I guess if you have a laptop or a prebuilt you could probably skip to step 4, I would think)
1. Download Intel driver install tool from Intel website.
2. Run tool and try to install Intel graphics driver
3. Error: Device manufacturer version required
4. Go to device manufacturers website and download Intel graphics driver there
5. Close all programs and run
6. Restart computer
7. OBS still didn't work
8. Run manufacturer driver installer again
9. Restart again
10. Success. OBS is working!
