OBS crashing on start up

hello, this is my first time to install OBS, however, when i launch it, it always tells me "Woops, OBS has crashed!"

here's the below:
Would you like to copy the crash log to the clipboard? The crash log will still be saved to:

C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\obs-studio\crashes\Crash2021-10-19 14-09-03.txt
