Question / Help OBS crashing on shutdown

Been having problems with gameplay and webcam lagging without skipped frames. Now my OBS crashes whenever I exit the software. My avermedia cap card and webcam software/firmware is up to date. Here is a link to the crash report

What can I do to fix this. Could this problem also be causing the lag isuues I have with the game and webcam? Half the time I open up OBS my gameplay sources are blank. Have to close then reopen OBS to see that source again.
