OBS crashing on Asus Zephyrus G15 Ryzen 9 RTX 3070

Hi guys. I've been running into this issue where whether I'm streaming CSGO via OBS, or maybe OBS is on but I'm not streaming, it will freeze my laptop and crash. It'll give me an error saying OBS crashed yadda yadda yadda. Here's the log:

same laptop, same problem. no log that i know of, keep getting hard freezes where laptop resets.
