And reference within those to uploading logs for specific troubleshooting for OBS issues (your may be at Operating System level, not OBS)
I don't play games, so can't comment directly, but I suspect you are overloading your computer, hence the crash. The short answer is likely that you need to give your laptop less to do. Start with making sure not running background processes/tasks that aren't required... monitor resource usage (Task Mgr), update OS, apps, and drivers to secure/stable versions, etc and lower resource request (frame rates, resolution, etc) of gameplay
