OBS crashing my entire PC when I try to deactivate a source

Exactly what it sounds like. The basic gist of it is this: sometimes, when I boot OBS, my capture card is not displaying any video, even though I know its functioning fine. So, I do what I'm supposed to do and try to deactivate and reactivate the source to refresh it. However, theres about an 80-90% chance that it just straight-up BSODs my computer. Thats not even the only part: sometimes when I try to simply close the program it does a full pc crash too. I don't use any plugins, I use vanilla OBS, and my software is completely up to date.
