OBS crashing Lately

My OBS has been crashing lately, before i used to get an "error message" now it just crashes. i uploaded my logs if that helps
At first i thought it was chrome because if i opened a new tap or a ad would play from a site, Chrome would stop responding than my OBS would crash. the last two times Chrome didnt effect anything

hope for any help i can get

Did you open/look thru your logs? the 09-04 log... all the way to the end

1. You are running an old version of OBS Studio (29.0.0). Please update to version 29.1.3 or newer by going to Help -> Check for updates in OBS or by downloading the latest installer from the downloads page and running it.
2. Run updated OBS as Admin. Right click on the OBS shortcut, properties, advanced, check box, ok, apply, o
3. At least one of your audio devices has a sample rate that doesn't match the rest. This can result in audio drift over time or sound distortion. Check your audio devices in Windows settings (both Playback and Recording) and ensure the Default Format (under Advanced) is consistent. 48000 Hz is recommended.

Microphone (Yeti Stereo Microphone): 48000 Hz
Microphone (Realtek(R) Audio): 48000 Hz
4. Uncheck the box for Psycho Visual Tuning

Ive done everything on your list, im just not finding the Psycho visual tuning
