OBS Crashing/Freezing Consistently

After a recent update about 3 weeks ago, my OBS Studio is experiencing severe issues with crashing. The system seems to crash or freeze anytime I attempt to complete any standard actions like switching scenes, opening sources, opening a menu or sometimes just an alert playing. The issue doesn't ALWAYS result in a crash as sometimes it just hangs for about 1 minute or so then proceeds, but the crashing has become more frequent over the last week or so to the point where my stream is being interrupted 4 or 5 times.
I've already tried reinstalling OBS, I've tried updating my Windows Visual C, and I made sure that OBS is running as admin each time.

Here is the error log if anyone can provide some insight: https://pastebin.com/AmkheWQu

Thank you and I appreciate any help someone can provide!

What was updated
Wasn't Windows as you are on 1909 Really should update Windows to 20H2 to rule out issues OBS has with older Windows
Also make sure all your OBS Plugins are up to date

I see you are using the VST Plugin which is no longer developed so will start having issues with future OBS updates and released
Uninstall the VST Plugin, see if that fixes the issue

There is another plugin the author recommends for VST functionality

I did a quick search that select devices can be updated to 20H2 and I think mine just became available so Ill be installing that update now since it wasn't available to me when I updated earlier in April. I did remove all of my VST plugins and did a complete reinstall of OBS-Studio (left the C:\%appdata%\obs-studio folder intact and backed up) but the issue was still occurring. I have a feeling the issue may be stemming from an issue with Microsoft Visual C+. Im going to run the update to 20H2 and see of that addresses the issue.
