Question / Help OBS crashing every time it opens

I was using OBS last wednesday, no problems, quit out of the program like normal. Thursday, I went to start it up, and it crashed immediately after opening, and I have not been able to load it successfully since. I've included a screen shot of the error report. Did the standard uninstall/reinstall/restart/unplug the camera stuff, nothing. Deleted the .json files in the library as well as uninstall, no dice. Also tried reverting to an older version, also no dice. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am not the most well versed in troubleshooting. This is the error report every single time I open the program. It will load the studio screen for about 5 seconds before it crashes. I have not updated any other software or changed any configurations. I have an almost 3 year old macbook air running OS X 10.9.5
