OBS crashing every 2nd launch like clockwork

Like the title says, OBS is crashing on launch every other time. If I open and close it 10 times, it crashes on instance 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9 but launches fine on 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10.

Most probably the issue is caused by one of the plugins.
Make sure all the plugins are updated and compatible with the OBS version you're using. Remove any that isn't.
