OBS Crashing Constantly

Hey guys, I'm at a loss. As of yesterday I am seeing constant crashes in OBS, usually when the program first opens. I thought new graphics drivers may be the cause so I rolled back to a previous version and I am still having issues. The only way I was capable of streaming yesterday was to reinstall OBS - it then worked perfectly for the duration of the stream. I thought this meant that the issue was resolved with a reinstallation, but unfortunately this morning I opened OBS to another crash.

I have run memory diagnostics which found no issues and my SSD is far from the end of its lifespan. The GPU is having no issues in games so I doubt that is the problem. I'm not sure what else to try, I have attached a log file for review and I have many more log files to share if needed.

Well that seems about par for the course, my HD60s has never been particularly reliable and I've been looking at other brands for my next capture card. How can you tell that's what is causing the crash?
