Bug Report OBS crashing at startup, but only when video in is on

Hey y'all! I've been having issues with OBS crashing at startup. But it only seems to happen if my camera is on and coming through my HDMI converter box thingy. If I turn the camera off, then start OBS... works fine.

I've got a workaround, but any advice on how to get this more seamless would be appreciated.

Crash log is saying vcruntime140.dll is to blame, looks like this is part of Visual C++. Not exactly sure how this is involved in things, but I would try reinstalling/repairing via this link.

What camera and capture device are you using? (this is why I was wanting to see normal logs as well)

Visual Studio? Hrmm. I would be surprised to learn that Visual Studio was installed? Will check tomorrow.

Capture device is a BlackMagic Mini Recorder.
