Question / Help OBS crashing at random whilst recording

So whenever I record with OBS Studio, it crashes during the recording. I've altered the type of file output but that doesn't seem to help. This is the crash log I've received, if it helps. Any and all help would be massively appreciated.

x264 crashes indicate hardware instability. Turn off any overclocks and check your RAM for errors with memtest86.

Sorry for this crazy late reply, wasn't even notified of a reply! How would one do that? I'm only semi technical when it comes to this stuff.
