Question / Help OBS crashing and not displaying game capture

Hello, i've been trying to stream for a couple of days and noticed my obs keeps crashing whenever i try to stream and i have been struggling just to keep my game capture capturing my game. today however whenever i tried streaming again the first time obs crashed, second time my game crashed, tried for a third time and my pc crashed. i don't know what's causing this and i have no idea how to resolve my issues.

crashes in libx264 on a ryzen system can be traced back to one of three causes
In order of likelihood, highest first:
1> out of date BIOS on the motherboard
2> unstable overclock
3> failing cpu/ram

The cause is the same. Check your hardware.
