Obs crashing and dropping frames whenever i start a stream

This keeps happening to me too for a month now and there are no indications that anything else on my side is causing the issue. Stressed tested heavy with no problems but turn on obs and its trash

it's so frustrating i tried it 3 seperate timess

had a friend of mine who was streaming at the same time get dropped at the same time i was, at the same time! and we are on separate sides of the country, i keep getting dropped in the first 10-20 seconds, testing again rn so frustrated, dont know if that is connected but it was a strange cowinkydink.
