If OBS is actually crashing (displays an error message of "Woops, OBS has crashed!"), then please also include a crash log for that session (located in "%AppData%\obs-studio\crashes"). If it's not doing that, then it didn't actually crash, but did something else (froze, locked up, etc.). The distinction here is important, because they indicate different kinds of problems.

It looks like one of your video capture device sources is failing. I would guess either the duplicate Video Capture Device for the El Gato, or some filter on your webcam.

Can you get OBS Studio 64-bit to launch? If so, remove the duplicate Video Capture Device and try the 32-bit OBS again. If that still crashes, try removing your webcam filters one at a time.

If OBS Studio 64-bit doesn't launch, you can try disconnecting your webcam and El Gato temporarily to see if OBS will launch then. Then you can remove the duplicate source or filters and try again with them connected.

If none of those work, you can backup and then remove your OBS Studio settings folder at "%AppData%\obs-studio" ("C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\obs-studio").

Sources in OBS Studio are global across Scene Collections. If there is a source for a video capture device or webcam in another scene within the same Scene Collection, then it can remain active even while that scene is not selected and cause conflicts. When adding multiple sources that use the same video capture device, webcam, or source, you should use the "Add Existing" option when creating the source.

Omg r u kidding me? Lol I guess I'm kinda noob at this stuff so excited to go home and try this lol I grind so many hours trying to figure this stuff out lol... So if the source is in another scene as a diff spice then use add existing so it doesn't conflict?
