Bug Report OBS Crashing 17.0.2 (64 Bit)

Last 3-4 weeks my OBS has been crashing after being live for about 20-30 minutes, don't seem to know why, here is the error code. Any info would be highly appreciated.

Please provide the relevant crash log(s) for your issue. Press WinKey+R or go to Start > Search and type %APPDATA%\obs-studio\crashes. The contents can be copied to https://gist.github.com/ and then linked here.

No you didn't.
You provided a log from the logs folder, not from the crashes folder.
 
Are you using multiple monitors? If so continue reading, we have the same exact GPU Also ensure the Radeon Crimson Software is not crashing, I was having the same exact issue, unplug your HDMI and VGA or other display and plug it into your internal GPU not the 380 keep your main monitor hooked up to the 380 that's it. Microsoft rolled out an update recently that is creating issues on Multi-Monitor displays. Which messes with the memory clocks and power limit so the GPU is struggling and just crashes.

So take my 2nd monitor out and plug it into my motherboards output? Is that your suggestion?
