Dear all,
I am instructor, who makes video tutorials for my students at an university. I am new in OBS's community (please forgive me if this issue has been discussed in another thread, but I have not been able to find it). It was just a couple of days ago that I learned about OBS and decided to download it to take advantage of the interesting features people in youtube and web recommend. I am eager to learn how to use it. I downloaded it and installed, and the first time that it automatically loaded, it crashed. However, I opened OSB again, and I was able to explore the program. I was able to add a new sources, but when I wanted to delete any of them the software again crashed.
I have uninstalled OBS (including the logs) and re-installed it again, but the problem persists. I sincerely do not know what could be causing this issue. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this issue? I would really appreciate it. I attach the files containing crashes and logs.
File "Crash 2017-12-07 11-22-18.txt" was produced after OBS was automatically loaded, the log file is: "2017-12-07 11-22-13.txt"
File "Crash 2017-12-07 11-39-48.txt" was produced when I loaded OBS, explore it, added new sources, then I tried to delete them, the log file is: 2017-12-07 11-39-13.txt"
Best regards,
