Question / Help OBS crashes while playing specific game (Nioh)

Hey all,

There seems to be some sort of strange conflict between the game Nioh (PC) and OBS. I am able to play the game just fine when not streaming; however, while streaming the game crashes and simultaneously crashes OBS.

I switched to another game after a Nioh related OBS crash today and encountered no problems.

Crash log:
Failed to recreate D3D11: Failed to duplicate output (80070005)

Anyone have any suggestions?

The developer aware of the problem with OBS Studio crash. The general behavior - if game crashes (graphics driver crash) - OBS Studio should survive. Wait for application updates. Meanwhile, keep your video drivers up to date.
