Bug Report OBS crashes when trying to stream after updating to 23.0.1

Hello,

I recently updated to 23.0.1 and OBS crashes whenever I try to stream. I uninstalled OBS, uninstalled my plugins, reinstalled OBS and my plugins and disconnected my Twitch account and use my stream key instead of authenticating and it still crashes.

OBS also crashes if I try to record

I'm having this exact same problem. I had to reinstall the previous version to get it to work again. I unfortunately didn't save the logs before I did that, however I did send crash reports.

This is a known issue with the QSV encoder, a fix will be in the next version.
