Bug Report OBS crashes when streaming and recording at same time

If I start them at the same time, only one will work (I can record locally but stream never goes online).

If I start them independently, obs will instantly crash when I start the second one (stream will be fine, but crash once I hit record).

I have no clue what the problem is or how to fix it. Would appreciate any and all help.
