OBS crashes when selecting video capture device

I have been having this issue where obs crashes when adding or going onto the properties of video capture devices. I have recently put in a capture card, which is a 4k 60 pro mk2. It started a bit after that happened, so I am unsure if that is related since I have other virtual cameras. I have already tried to uninstall and completely reinstall obs without help, so I am unsure what to do.

Some vtuber cameras can cause this, also make sure you're using the latest OBS version.
