Question / Help OBS Crashes When Opening

I've tried everything I can to fix this (including uninstalling, reinstalling, installing older versions, changing compatibility to Windows 8, 7, etc, running as administrator). Compatibility on Windows 7 worked, but I'd then crash when attempting to begin streaming/recording.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
