OBS crashes when opening

I saw some others having similar issues, but I've tried a lot of things without much luck so far.

Every time I try to open OBS, it says that it didn't shut down properly during the last session. It prompts to run either in safe mode or normally, and no matter which I choose, the program crashes.

I was running the latest version, but uninstalled and went to the slightly older OBS-Studio-30.0 with no luck. The crash log was making it look like it might be related to my NVidia drivers (I think? I'm not the most tech literate), but they're all up to date, and I'd used OBS since they were updated last. I also have tried both running as administrator (which is how I usually run the program) and normally.

Not sure if it matters or not, but every crash log sites this specific file path and file:
Fault address: 7FFF8270C7A7 (c:\windows\system32\driverstore\filerepository\nv_dispi.inf_amd64_1196b342b24df5d1\nvwgf2umx.dll)

Any help or insight would be really greatly appreciated!

None of my other programs or games seem to be impacted by this or give this error. Some google searching of the specific file suggests that a total NVidia driver uninstall and reinstall might work, but I'm not the best with computers and that's my last resort.

I followed a handful of YouTube videos that suggested various scripts and such, but none of them worked for me. I'm hoping to not do a whole reinstall of my drivers, but it might have to be the answer if nothing else works.
