Mobo: Asrock B550m Pro 4
GPU: Zotac RTX 3050
New Windows 10 Pro
Latest NVIDIA Game Ready Driver

Performed Troubleshooting
*OBS Compatibility Mode
*Uninstall & Reinstall OBS
*Removed Antivirus
