Question / Help OBS crashes when moving the program onto a second monitor

Just as the title says, whenever I move the obs program onto my second monitor, the program crashes. I like to keep whatever recording software I'm using on a separate screen so that if any alerts or issues pop up I can manage them. As far as I know this shouldn't be an issue, but as far as I could tell obs runs fine when I leave it on the monitor it pops up on originally. Resizing was fine, snapping to the top or sides for quick maximization was fine. However, as soon as obs was left on my other monitor, it crashed with in a few seconds. I tried relaunching the program, reinstalling, deleting all my capture settings and trying again, still no success. I've included the crash report and my log file in the text document with this post.

AMD driver was out of date, I have it up to the most recent version now and obs is still crashing.

As the crash is still in the AMD drivers (atidxx64) you will need to contact them for support.

I am having the same issue with OBS and the ATI dll. In my case, I have an AmazonBasics hub which I use for one of my monitors. When I start up OBS, it is displayed on the ATI "controlled" monitor, and it crashes when I move it over to one connected to the hub. I don't know if that changes anything from the dev perspective, but thought I'd add that detail. Attached is my latest crash report.
