Question / Help OBS crashes when I use monitoring programmes while streaming

I have an issue with OBS while I use programmes to monitor FPS/Temps/Usage etc. If I use such programmes to monitor data while im NOT streaming via OBS everything is fine. The issue occurs whenever I hit the stream now button. The game or OBS crashes when I start to stream. I have installed a new CPU and cooler and I really want to see CPU temps while I am streaming. It has nothing to do with my new hardware because OBS used to behave like this for me with my previous hardware. I have tried to use MSI Afterburner/Riva Tuner and HWInfo. It seems that OBS doesn't like me analysing data while streaming and crashes either OBS or the game. I have deleted programmes and re-installed, I still get the same issue, but its only when I start to actually stream. Any advice guys?

I have found the problem. It appears that while streaming with OBS and using RivaTuner/MSI afterburner, the game or obs will crash if the game is being played FULLSCREEN. Switching the ingame settings to boderless works fine.
