Bug Report Obs Crashes When I hit Stop recording

I recently noticed that AMD VCE h.264 was available in the encoder settings. Being the curious cat I am I decided to test it out.

NOW whenever I hit stop recording, Regardless of whether I record anything at all or not My obs crashes.

Example. a) I record 30 minutes of csgo, I go to hit stop recording ------ CRASH

Example. b) I hit start recording, wait 5 seconds, I go to hit stop recording ------ CRASH

Has this happened to anybody before?

I also remember seeing something about Encoding Overload, Even when it said 1% CPU usage

Note: I switched back to the original x264 encoder and it appears to be working fine. I guess AMD hates me?

I played around a little bit. When I enable advanced settings in the AMD VCE

(the part with consecuative b frames and min/max qp

That's when I crash
