Question / Help OBS crashes upon opening

OBS used to work and recently it's just failing to open. I've tried updating, uninstalling/reinstalling. restarting, etc

Macbook running: 10.13.6 High Sierra

I'm having this issue in MacOS 10.15 Catalina when I fire up a camera. My workaround is to run it through sudo in Terminal:
sudo /Applications/OBS.app/Contents/MacOS/OBS

This doesn't work for my situation. Still opens and immediately closes showing the Problem Report
