Bug Report OBS crashes upon opening - can't run OBS

I'm on a MacBook Pro running High Sierra. I had an older version of OBS and opened it this morning. It ran and seemed to work. Suddenly crashed and now I can't open it at all. I uninstalled and downloaded version. Still can't open OBS. Heres' the error message: https://hastebin.com/ponatumequ.sql
